I would give zero stars if I could. First off the sales associate gave me incorrect info about the appliance and when I emailed him after he asked me how could be expected to know as they sell "thousands of appliances". Also, my fridge was delivered without the screw assembly kit and I have been talking to CAS for the last three weeks to try and get one sent out. Finally I called electrolux again today and was told it will be several more weeks. CAS is doing nothing to help me or give me a quick exchange so that I don't have to have a fridge without handles for two months. They then finally sent me parts but they were the incorrect parts (wrong size) and only sent 2 when clearly there are 3 handles requiring 4 parts each. Now they keep saying I have to deal with electrolux directly and they cannot do an exchange or expedite the parts to me. This company is terrible. I think the only way they could get good reviews is if you're lucky enough to have your appliance delivered intact - but the real test of a company is their customer service when something goes wrong. The sales associate (Ahmed from Scarborough) has not replied to my emails and all I get are generic replies from customer service saying the parts and services department has been contacted and I need to wait to hear. I would purchase these parts elsewhere if I could but they are not available at regular stores or on amazon or parts places. It is maddening. They don't care - I spent over 3K on a fridge a month ago and still don't have the parts to complete its assembly. Do not go here. From now on I will only purchase from Costco or the Bay or a larger department store where they take customer service seriously. Just before this fridge I had ordered one from Costco but it turned out the online measuresments were incorrect - when I called Costco they immediately sent someone to pick it up - no questions asked. Meanwhile CAS has done nothing to correct this issue and won't even allow me to return it until Electrolux contacts me and arranges tocome and do an inspection of the fridge. This company is horrible. They want to sell you an appliance and then have nothing to do with any issues that arise. Stay away!!

I hired this company a few years ago for landscaping, bush removal, stone path and retaining wall and was initially happy with the work for the first two summers I hired Raz for work on two different properties. However, follow-up issues when things fell apart were not attended to and he kept promising to come by but was always busy and never did - kept promising he'd come the follow week for over a year and never did - and then finally said that the issues (several loose stones which happened within a couple of months of the work) were our fault (which was true for one of the stones but not all of them) and I finally ended up hiring someone else to fix the poor workmanship and they've been fine ever since. He started out so great but then was terrible at follow up and honoring his guarantee.

Mike was great - he came quickly and knew what the problem was right away. He was polite and helpful and I felt like I was in great hands! Would hire him again in a second.

I called and confirmed that there was no minimum charge - I checked twice - they said no call to come for the estimate and they would only charge the cost of the actual repair even if it was a small repair - the woman reassured me. They came - it was a small repair - but they said there was a minimum charge of $180 even though it took ten minutes to fix. Very dishonest. The service was good and fast but they were not clear at all about their pricing.

The service was good and fast and reasonably priced. The guy who answered the phone and who came was a bit terse and not very good at answering questions, but he got the job done in a timely and efficient manner and stuck to his quote.

This store has terrible customer service: I am renovating 4 bathrooms and ordered many items and they weren't in stock - they didn't arrive when I was told they would and I had to keep calling - no one ever returned my calls and when they finally did deliver my items they forgot some. It took me forever to get ahold of someone. Four months later, I am still waiting for toilet seats (the toilets arrived after THREE months even though they told me six weeks and then didn't return my calls for the next several weeks so I could just find out the status of them). No one calls back at this store and when you ask to speak to a manager they are just indifferent. They have the best stuff and they know it and don't really care if you go there or not even if you're buying a lot because they have enough business. Their attitude was terrible - I would have been understanding about delays etc. but they didn't even call back or seem to care.
