To whom it may concern; We have been working with Mr. Thomas now since 1990 on our first custom home on Moon River in the Muskoka's. There where many access and site challenges he overcame and the design was beyond what we expected. His design and detail ability is excellent and his knowledge of construction assisted us in completing a home we raised our our family in for many years. When we decided to down size & acquired another piece of property on a point around the corner from the original home we decided we had to call him again. This site was even more challenging in not only it's access but the bylaws for size and footprint were very restrictive. Our focus was to design a structure that reflected the past history of the Muskoka's and once again Mr. Thomas not only achieved our goals but exceeded them. To this day there is nothing we would change.
