Steven Drysdale is a first class owner operator of a great painting company. They are on time, on budget, and told us not to paint until we had better weather. Other painters would have taken our money and done the job - but Steven wants to do it right. If you want painting, these are the guys to call.

We replaced our carpet with their hardwood floors and then had trouble for 2 years get service. The wood changed immediately after installation and the installers did a poor job. It took months to try and get any help and 2 years to resolve our problems, which still persist today. We are very unhappy with their products and service.

I've seen them first hand and met the owner and her staff. The Vancouver in the Box packing team was on time, on budget, and really helped us out. What a great way to relieve stress during a move. I give them top marks for service as the packing went smoothly.

We were told our kitchen renovation was simply and could be done in 2-3 weeks maximum. They started weeks late and finished in 4 months leaving us for weeks without a kitchen. We were washing dishes in our tub and we cursed Fontile many times for breaking promises, poor delivery, poor service, and a dreadful customer experience. The quality of the service was poor and we felt we were over charged for what we received. Since our project, I've been asked many names for a kitchen renovation contact and I can NOT recommend Fontile. Dreadful service, poor follow up and it cost us months being inconvenienced. They brought my wife to tears more than 10 times due to frustration and broken promises.

We asked Simon Pond at Dynamic Tile to give my wife a quote to tile our bathrooms. We regret we didn't go with Simon as the other contractor had owed us money and so we went with him. We asked Simon to come and see the job afterwards and he did so on his own time. Simon showed great industry knowledge and pointed out 20 things that could be improved and since I know nothing about tile I found his comments to be extremely helpful. My wife will use Simon for any work in the future. He was on time, professional, thorough, and very helpful. We should have used Dynamic Tile and Simon Pond for our home project. I recommend you consider Dynamic Tile for your next tile project.
