Derek replied almost I stately to my enquiry and visited our home within a few hours. The job was completed the next day. We were so impressed with the great service we had Derek put again to trim a tree at the front of our property. Our neighbors plan on having Derek trim their trees too.

We have 43 vents and air returns. Excellent value for money and a great thorough service. This is the 2nd time I have used this company sand I would recommend them to anyone. They always did a complimentary clean to our dryer.

We have used HCC for the past ten years to service our furnace and AC in several of our properties. We have found them to be polite, punctual, competitively priced and friendly and efficient to deal with. I highly recommend Home Comfort Canada for service, repairs and new installations as we have experienced all three.

Ephraim was charming and helpful. He responded quickly to my enquirer and arrived promptly to measure and provide an estimate. The shutters were fitted today and look fabulous.

After I had removed the popcorn ceiling we needed to find somebody to do a mud skim and paint. Tyler answered my Homestar enquiry promptly and offered a very competitive price. He arrived on time and prepped the room and did two skim coats and painted the ceiling. No mess no fuss and very pleasant to deal with. If we do any more popcorn removal we will definitely be using Tyler again.

We placed an order for windows and doors with Home Depot in October and were assured installation would be done before Christmas - 6-8 wks. for the patio door & windows 8-10 weeks for the front door. Once the order was placed, radio silence until they called to book an installation date for Dec 19th for the windows ( 9 weeks since ordering ) and Jan 23rd (14 weeks!!) for the front door. When they turned up they had windows but no patio doors. The woman in the installation office was VERY unhelpful and would not do anything to resolve the situation, basically said its tough. The fitter made some calls and got it sorted and the door was fixed the next day no thanks to the installation office. Some window trim had to be especially made and I'm still waiting. Either the sales people make unrealistic promises about installation times to get the order or HD are completely incompetent at processing a $23,000 order! This was only part of the house - now we have the problem of who to use to replace the remaining 20 odd windows as I will NEVER use Home Depot again. Thanks for nothing (sorry a ton of stress) Home Depot and by the way your customer service is non existent.

I recently submitted a review on Atlas Air regarding the service we received concerning replacement of an A-coil just out of warranty. To conclude Mr Dick Thomas from Atlas Air has kindly and courteously resolved the issues for us and we are now happy to continue using them for our maintenance contracts.
