It was a Sunday and I didn’t have any hot water, I called a couple companies and they were very hesitant to come out on a Sunday, Sherwood Mechanical came over within a couple hours and by Monday afternoon I had hot water. They were very accommodating to explain to me which hot water tank was more appropriate for our home. There was no sales pressure at all. We have numerous rental properties and have used them for the same, we would recommend them to anyone.
