We're certainly dismayed to hear of your disappointment with your project, you're absolutely correct in saying that you should have received a follow up call, as well as warranty information and a thorough clean up and for that we'd like to sincerely apologize. We do ask that you review the upper left portion of your contract, which states 'no' for both shutters/blinds to fit back as well as re/re shutters/blinds, in which you signed 'BW' beside both options. We do apologize however that their efforts to install them back were futile to you, and that you had to contact the shutter company to reinstall them.
We do hope your next six window replacement project goes seamlessly for you, regardless of the company you've selected and again would like to apologize for any and all inconveniences you've experienced.
