Today is now the 3rd appointment I've had to get my air conditioning checked out??? They cancelled June appointment then they cancelled July appointment and now I'm booked for middle of August. If they even show up for that appointment the summer will be near over??? Ridiculous service

Dealt with salesman John who was very thorough and helpful. Today installer John and his crew came and installed 5 retrofit windows. They did a great job, were very professional and completed the job very quickly. Their cleanup was perfect and we are very happy with the look of our new windows. We would highly recommend Clera as we have had a bad experience with another window company. When it’s time for new windows again we will definitely call Clera again to do the job

First scheduled installation day was cancelled 20 minutes before we expected their arrival. Then on installation day for our retrofit bay window the installer removed all the framework for our new California shutters then asked us after the fact if they were going back up. I don’t think he marked out where the framework was when re installed it was horribly out of line and the shutters wouldn’t close properly. The sales person knew we were keeping the shutters and were assured they wouldn’t present a problem. When I brought up the problem with the sales person Alan his response was “ well our guys at great at installing windows but not blinds”. I had to contact the shutter company to come back and do a proper reinstall at my cost. As per the company’s pre installation email of what to expect on installation day, windows were not wiped down after installation and were covered in dust. Also we were not provided with warranty registration information as stated in their email. Finally we never received a follow up call from the company in regards to our experience as per their email. We have 6 more windows to replace in our home and have decided to go with a competing company after this negative experience Advice...use caution and shop around carefully

We're certainly dismayed to hear of your disappointment with your project, you're absolutely correct in saying that you should have received a follow up call, as well as warranty information and a thorough clean up and for that we'd like to sincerely apologize. We do ask that you review the upper left portion of your contract, which states 'no' for both shutters/blinds to fit back as well as re/re shutters/blinds, in which you signed 'BW' beside both options. We do apologize however that their efforts to install them back were futile to you, and that you had to contact the shutter company to reinstall them.

We do hope your next six window replacement project goes seamlessly for you, regardless of the company you've selected and again would like to apologize for any and all inconveniences you've experienced.

Roberto was very professional and helpful. Had floors sanded and re stained and looks great in our new home. Roberto was always on time and kept in contact with me at all times

Mark is very personable and knowledgeable about the work and the product. He was terrific in advising me what would work best and look best in our home. The install crew from Eclipse was fantastic. They were very efficient and quick. There was no cleanup left behind and they demonstrated perfectly how the shutters work. All in all a terrific experience and money well spent.
