They did our roof 4 years ago. Had to place 2nd call for shingles problems last week. We were only house on street with shingle issues in the strong winds. Did temp job said they would be back. Now we get a call saying there is a Charge to come and fix. Say warranty not good. Poor warranty service and also dishonest in what they claim.

Any circumstances that are beyond the installer's control such as animal damage, or severe wind damage are excluded. Nonetheless, we would like to help you the best we can.
