So much confusion around install. I offered an afternoon or morning appointment but they set up morning. Installer told me they dont come in the morning and couldnt arrive until 1. Which I was informed of 2 days before. Hard to make plans. Installer didnt realize there was a patio door he didnt measure for and was able to make it work. I needed to go home in the afternoon but installers didnt finish until 7:30 pm. I felt like my concerns were belittled and not taken seriously. Installers and products were very good. If you hire this company make sure you get all the installation information written in stone. I was told thats what happens in cottage country and move on.
