They walked us through the whole process from quote to completion. No hidden costs ... and the job was done quickly and beautifully. We were very concerned how this would get done since we live in a small condo ... but they took care of everything. The only thing we needed to do was pack up our stuff out of the furniture that needed to be moved around and they did the rest. We shopped around and found some comparable and competitive prices but The Floor Shop got our business based on the reviews alone and they once again did not disappoint. Torlys vinyl is AMAZING! We chose the "Beach House" planks and we absolutely love it. People can not believe its vinyl when they see it. I highly recommend both the product and once again The Floor Shop to get the job done.
