After taking measurements twice, Verdun somehow ordered windows that were the wrong size, and a missing screen and handle. I was promised replacement windows within a week. Nobody followed up, nothing was scheduled when I called them 2 weeks later to see what was going on. 5 weeks later they are scheduled to come replace the windows.. Oops we only built 1 new window! Screwed up again. of course, nobody takes ownership, my sales rep is not returning emails or calls. I've repeatedly asked for the manager to contact me but never does. Finally on the 3rd appointment I call to make sure they have the screen and handle with them and the proper number of windows, I'm assured they have everything. Guess what, the screen was never even made. I call Verdun office again, nobody knows or cares, I've asked for the manager to call me, never does. I call and email my sales rep, he doesn't even bother to reply. This company is a joke, the windows don't function well. The locks are impossible to use, the windows don't glide smoothly at all, garbage product.

I switched from the other big snow removal service (now bankrupt) after having terrible service with them. But Andy's (extremesnowremoval) has proven to me they are no better. Having missed my house on 3 of the last 6 snowfalls I've ended up shoveling my own way out. And each time they want to argue that they came. I have a security camera, I know exactly when they come, please don't feed me your excuses. Instead of taking ownership and apologizing mark (the owner) wants to argue. I'm Done with them.
