This is a very reputable company. The estimation was fair, the work was very professional, and the repair team was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The estimation was performed by the owner of the company, who also visited the property to direct his team before they began working. The work was great, but what impressed me the most, was that they insisted on cleaning up the small mess (drilling through brick and concrete) themselves. This was a new home, prior to our moving in, so there wasn't cleaning equipment of our own there. The guys went back to their shop for the needed vacuum and returned to take care of it. I will definitely call on them again.

This company was an absolute joy to deal with. To begin, the owner, Mark, was the estimator. His knowledge and professionalism was top-shelf. He went out of his way to ensure that my fiancee and I were fully educated on the process and even offered rebate/grant information in the estimate report. Just with that, we were able to receive nearly 2,000.00 back in rebates to help cover the retail costs. The installation team was skilled, professional, friendly and did their best to involve me in any decision regarding the aesthetics of the project. I chose the location of the new units, and they made it happen. I even ran into the lead technician on the following day at our Wal-Mart and he stopped to chat to make sure that we were still happy with the work and that nothing surprising had surfaced. I will definitely refer anyone I know to this company for any of their HVAC needs. Kudos to Mark and his team.

The owner, Paul, is a genuine credit to his profession. When I arrived at the home, he was there early and already taking a review of the roof. When he noticed my fiancee and I pulling into the driveway, he came down to greet us. His demeanor was professional; his observations were detailed; and there was very little that he missed. Paul's years of experience in the business were evident in his advice and observations. Paul is the type of inspector who prefers to have his clients follow him during the review, and ask questions. He cares that the prospective homeowners are fully educated on condition of their property. His printed report was detailed and included colour photos of the issues he found (even included a CD with the full collection of them). Not only would I reccommend him to others, but I would definitely use him again if I were to obtain any more property. You can't go wrong with Advance Spec. Thank you so much, Paul.
