WE waited a very long time to get our roof done. I realize you are busy, but you shouldn't indicate that the roof will be done shortly. I think we waited 6 months. They did a great cleaning up after they had finished the roof. Poor guy did most of the work by himself.

As you can imagine there are a number of variables that keep our installations schedule very much alive and moving and make it difficult to provide accurate timelines. We do provide tentative installation timelines and work to keep our customers informed along the way of any delays or advancements. However, there is always room for improvement in this!
