We have recently moved into a new home. This morning we woke up to no heat. I called the company whose sticker was on the existing furnace. They said it would be 2 weeks for a service call!! They recommended that I call Atlas. I did and Atlas had a technician out this afternoon, the same day! The technician found the issue, it wasn’t obvious, and fixed it. 5 star service for sure! The faulty wire was considered to be part of the diagnostics call which was included in my one year care plan, so the call today was N/C. It’s great when someone actually shows up as promised and solves the problem! Happy customer.

I was very impressed with Gordon's knowledge and work ethic. I had someone else come in and they told me I needed an entirely new hot water tank and new panel for thousands. The house is only 7 years old. Gordon got it up and running perfectly for a fraction of the price. While he was waiting for the hot water tank to fill up he offered to clean up and very dirty wine cooler filter that we had. Then he serviced the humidifier which had been jammed up with sediment. Arrived the day after I called them and done in a day. Happy customer.
