Jeff came to our house to fix a burst pipe on our sump pump; he did an amazing job. Courteous and professional, he arrived on time - loved the use of the app to track his arrival and notifications about the service appointment - and delivered an excellent service for us at a reasonable price. I'm not the most familiar with piping/plumbing and Jeff took time to explain to me what the problem was, performed a comprehensive assessment and made sure that I was absolutely clear on the issue and proposed solution before performing any work. I wouldn't hesitate to have Jeff back at my home and would highly recommend The Great Plumbing Co. to anyone who wants a truly great service.
