Having approved the quotation, I was requested to make a down payment which I did. Very shortly afterwards, our salesman informed me that the selected air conditioner was not available but a larger (and $300 more expensive) unit was in stock. A simple stock check should have been made before offering a quotation. Left a bad feeling. The installation date was also altered from my requested date, so I postponed appointments, but the installation team did not turn up. I was told they would be there "on the day I initially requested". Annoyed with the written mis-information. However, the installation crew were excellent. Navid and Ali worked non-stop for about 11 hours, without breaks to install the two units in a very tight space. I cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you.
