We got multiple quotes for the work and their quote was the best but not only that, Lukas seemed the most professional and knowleadgable of all the people I got quotes from. They did a great job, and they did it within the timeline they promised. Would definitely recommend them

- Dealt directly with one of the owners of the company which is always preferable - Very freindly and knowledgeable. - Tricky waterfront property that other surveyors turned down - Price, Quality, and turn around time were great As a Realtor, I keep a list of contacts for my clients, Genisis is now at the top for my list of Surveyors.
