I called and Anthony came an hour later (which in itself is amazing). He is a former Whirlpool technician and very knowledgeable about all appliances. He went to the point of checking the circuit board with tech support to correctly diagnose the problem - no second guessing!! He likes to be 100% correct in the core issue so the true problem is fixed. He spent about 2 hours to diagnose and repair on the spot. It turned out to be the thermostat which is not an expensive part and there was no inflated price. His fee was also reasonable and i felt he treated me very fairly. Anthony is very thorough, honest and reliable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Anthony's services for any type of appliance repair.

Mr Roof Repair came out to inspect and diagnose an ongoing leak. It was not what my husband thought was the problem he previously tried to fix. Adam was the roofing specialist and assessor who came to our home and provided a very good assessment of the roof and eaves troughs. I found him to be very honest in his assessment and he did not try and make it seem like our entire roof required work. He explained the issue and the cause of the leak and provided pictures and a full report. I appreciated the factual nature of the report and the overall assessment even though the leak was only in one area. We are now waiting for the repair.
