Prompt response , availability within the week! Alex and team were on time, courteous, meticulous, trustworthy! The kitchen and bathroom needed the most attention, and when the job was finished they were spotless. The job was completed within the time frame quoted and there were no extra costs. We had hardwood flooring put in on 2 levels and carpeting on a third level, and 30 stairs refinished , stained to match the hardwood, pickets repainted, risers and stringers as well. Carpeting had to be removed on 3 levels, as well as the existing hardwood and terra cotta tile in the kitchen and family room. We were very impressed with Floors Direct North in Thornhill. From the initial consultation with Ben and Faisal to completion there were no surprises, no mistakes and the work was exceptional. Tran and his crew worked tirelessly, were prompt, professional , and cleaned up after each workday, as well as Richard who did the painting. Any questions I had were answered immediately and the work was finished in the exact timeframe agreed upon. I would definitely recommend this company.
