Ash and his team did a great job of replacing my old water heater that started leaking. Noticing the leak on a weekend I was worried it could get worse really fast. Looking for a Rinnai authorized installer I contacted Fair Deal heating & Air Conditioning, and I'm glad I found them. Withing a few hours Ash came by, inspected our place and was able to recommend a good replacement. He was very professional thorough and honest in explaining our options and walking us through the installation process so we knew exactly what to expect. Not once did I notice any attempt to push some additional products or accessories. The following Tuesday his crew came by and installed our new water heater. It was such a great experience! They installed everything to code, did a clean job and left the place spotless afterwards! Ash dropped by to check on the progress and check on how we're doing, which you don't see very often. I couldn't be more impressed! Thank you Ash and team!

I contacted High Skillz Roofing after shingles started falling off my roof a few weeks ago. Even though it was holiday time and cold they didn't hesitate to come and fix it the next day. I contacted Sergey for a roof fascia repair, after receiving no response from a number of roofing companies in the area. Sergey was very responsive even though this is not his main area of business. Within hours he came over, had it repaired as well fastened the opposite side of the fascia to ensure it doesn't have the same issue. I'm very happy with the workmanship and would definitely recommend him to anyone.
