Responded to a Facebook plea and did a beautiful job, getting rid of a ton of snow, opening the entrance to my laneway to minimize the situation in the future. With another possible dump coming (it didn't), he said he would come back if needed. Very prompt, polite, friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My roof was old and needing replacement, and the last windy day made it a high priority. When I called and explained my problem, he came over quickly to look and quote, and finished off one job, showed up here within 4 days of the quote, redid the house and garage to a high level of quality, making sure my digital antenna was reinstalled properly. Every shingle that was blown off during the wind storm was picked up, as well as what was taken off by them. After they left, unless you saw the new roof, you would not know they had been there (except that shingles in the front were gone).
I was having pressure problems and my pressure tank went he replaced it but the pressure valve he replaced was defective. He wanted to replace might well pump at a cost of $2000 but I called the people who dug my well. They investigated properly and found that the pressure switch he had installed was defective. I contacted him to let him know and he said he would refund my money that was six months ago. He won't return my phone calls and he has not refunded me, as he had promised. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
Moving outlets and lights because of renovations.
The first time I used their services, I was very pleased. Pleasant to deal with, prompt replies and service. I was so pleased, I called them again. This time, I cannot say the same thing. I called daily for a week, asking for someone to come over, and after waiting 2 weeks, I did the work myself. A week or so later, I got a call from an electrician, calling to ask what I needed done. I won't use them again. Life is too short to wait for help that comes too late.
