Remove old tile floor in foyer and kitchen and then install new tiles.
Pllumb was reliable in showing up and completing the job in the time promised. As this job is in an older house, the previous tile floor was built up and did not line up with the living room hardwood floor. He demolished all the previous flooring and built very solid and levelled subfloor for the tiles to be flushed with the hardwood floor. It is a big improvement.
