I first got the service last year. The price was good, the customer service was good and it helped control the weeds in my yard. It still requires time and effort on my part, but that was what I was expecting. The only thing I wasn't happy with was I signed up for the complete package which included aeration and overseeding and they did the overseeding in the middle of July. It was too hot and none of the seed really took. This year I'm going with the deluxe package.

My fiance and I bought our first home conditional on a home inspection. We chose 4sight for this based on their online reviews and reasonable price, and were not disappointed. Michael was very patient answering our questions and explaining the issues that needed to be fixed. We left the appointment much more confident in what we can expect both now and in the next few years in terms of maintenance and repair costs. We also received a very detailed and easy to understand report within hours, complete with pictures and diagrams explaining the issues and the importance of their repair. We would highly recommend.
