Our furnace was red tagged in December because of the cracked heat exchanger. After finding out the cost of repairing the heat exchanger (which was anywhere $1000-$1900) we decided to buy a new furnace. When the agent (Edward) from Consumers Energy came he gave us all the options of the products and systems. We felt like we were his customers for years when dealing with him. After we signed the paperwork we got a call from the company few hours later to finalize the details which gave us the confidence that we deal with a good company. On the day of install we had three technicians showing up at our doors. The job was done amazing and very clean. Thank you Edward and your crew for job well done. It's been more than two weeks since we had a new furnace put in and we really like it. Well done Consumers Energy, it was a pleasure to have you work on our install.

Just renew our monitoring agreement with Deluxe Alarms , dealing with Silvana Russo was great . She advised us of all the options we have and explained them to us. We installed front door camera - Working great. Great customer service will recommend this company to others.
