Excellent work done on cleaning two of my silk bamboo rugs (dog puke is not easy to get out). Super friendly, well organized staff and quick turn around time. I called for service and they came to pick up the rugs within two days. I had my rugs back within a week with updates and a short delivery window with a phone call when on route. I've cleaned my rugs before (somewhere else) and Turco surpassed all of my expectations. My rugs look brand new! I highly recommend this company. I worked with Royal Stone Over the course of 3 years... Each year completing one project. Landscaping is expensive but worth every penny when done properly and efficiently. I first completed the front porch driveway and side of the house in flag and interlock as well as a beautifully landscaped front yard. The next year i completed the backyard with interlock deck and a firepit. Finally my trees in the backyard and lighting to complete the project. The finished product has left me wanting to stay outside as much as possible and I am constantly getting compliments from neighbours and friends (even door knocks from people asking me who did my landscaping) . I could not have asked for a more professional and beautifully designed property then what Royal Stone did. Kenny and his crew made sure I was a happy customer and gave me great ideas for colour choices and tree selection that suited my taste. I had a tree die and within days of notifying them the tree was replaced no questions asked. I had a rabbit chew on a wire over the winter and a few lights weren't working... Within days they were there to fix it! It's nice to know that they are not the type of company that takes your money and runs. Their warranty and reputation for making the customer a priority as well as the quality of work and super fast service sets them apart from so many other companies. They completed my backyard within 1 1/2 days and my trees were planted within an afternoon. They don't just send 2-3 guys to get the job done... They send an army!! I will alway use Royal Stone for any landscaping job in the future. Thank you for my Beautifully landscaped property that we will enjoy for years to come!!!!

Denis was very accurate and precise with the railings and did a great job. His price was fair and used quailty steel for the railings. He also made sure i was happy with everything and finished the job quickly and efficiently. Even after i paid him he came back to tweek something i was not 100 percent happy with to make it look perfect!! Great job, and fair price
