We custom ordered doors and when we went to install them found out they had been manufactured incorrectly and would not line with handles and locks, after contacting them we were told they would send out striker plates to cover the mistake up which took 3 months. After seeing the plates we informed them we were not happy, JRs response was more or less tough luck and we are not refunding you any of your money!!? I still don’t have door knobs on my front door after 7 months! This company has no accountability
