AC Electrical was very easy to work with; from the first phone call with Helen and all during Kyle’s work on the project they were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I always have a bit of stress when a new trades person comes in but Kyle was a pleasure to have working in my home. He was committed to making sure I was satisfied with his work and as informed as I wanted to be about the details. It’s always nice to meet friendly people who do their best on the first try. Their process, however, does involve permits, inspections and strict adherence to what the Code requires. They’re professional, not back-of-the-newspaper handymen. This does add costs and time to the project so be aware of how this works beforehand, not just that it is going to happen. This way you won’t be surprised by something that might seem like a hassle to some and which some others would consider vital.
