Sergey was punctual (actually, early), efficient, polite, friendly and knowledgable. He did a perfect job of installing my television mount being sure to not only check levels, but show me as well. He showed me how to operate the tilt and find my TV ports if I needed them. I was extremely impressed and will hire him again if I ever need his expertise.
