I connected with Sophie and homestars and she was a lovely kind person. She was very responsive within a few mins of receiving my request. We were able to discuss the services required and she had an open time slot the same day which was perfect. The ladies that came to clean were lovely as well. Very respectful and polite and took the care necessary in my home. I am pleased and will def call again for my next deep cleaning.

Thank you to Sean from New Age Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. He did an amazing job and was very professional. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way to my condo. The previous tenant had the carpets cleaned as well, but he explained to me what they and used too much soap which was why the carpet felt hard in certain spots (they rented their own equipment). THANKS again! job well done. Will def use them again in the future.
