I have used Oliva many times and they are my go to carpet cleaners. I needed the ducts cleaned and our carpets as well so they did both on one day. They are friendly, efficient and careful about the Covid protocols. My air is fresh and clean and the carpets look fantastic! I highly recommend Olin and Oliva carpet cleaners and air duct cleaners.

When our shingles started to fail we called Frank, who years before had replaced our evestroughs and told us then that our roof still had a few years in it. His honesty made him our first and only call when the roof finally failed. They use digital imaging to accurately measure the roof area and pitch. The crew were friendly, worked efficiently and cleaned up every scrap of shingle, plastic and nails. So happy with their service.

We have used Olivia several times before and this time Olin called me back on a Sunday and came out on Monday to help with a minor flood in the basement, despite the fact that they don’t really do this type of work. They are professional, friendly and so accommodating. My carpets are clean and fresh and the water damage was minimal.
