Anyone looking for home security and/or surveillance, look no further. Skywire Security installed exterior cameras in my home and I am extremely satisfied with their work. They ran wires and cables neatly throughout my home (interior and exterior). I was afraid that the cameras would be an eye sour; but the positioning they suggested was perfect and very conspicuous. Even after the work was done, any questions i had were immediately answered. I would definately suggest Skywire Security and Surveillance to anyone looking for home security. Thanks Paul.

I had a very large maple tree and a lilac tree that needed pruning. The Maple tree belonged to my neighbours; it was growing over my property by approx. 7 feet and needed to be cut. My irrational neighbours started a war with me when i informed them i needed the portion of the tree that was over my yard cut, they asked for me to leave the tree alone, that by pruning only one side it would become unhealthy and lop-sided. I informed them that the company would do a professional job, and that i never expected them to pay for it, i would incur the costs of course. They still insisted on leaving the tree alone, I went ahead and contacted Derek's Tree Service, and explained the situation to Jamie and Derek. Not only did they do an amazing job by cutting the tree as far back as i needed it, but Derek spoke to my neighbours and offered to trim his side of the tree AT NO COST!! Thank you Derek for going ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!!! It's the little extra touches that make a company stand above the rest, so if you need Tree Service, look no further, this is the best choice.

The painters were professional and did an amazing job! They cleaned up after themselves each day (3 day job) and even came back to touch up areas that were missed. Having a wood siding home, there were several holes and areas that required several applications, they took their time and were very responsive whenever i needed a touch up job. I would definately recommend Spectrum of Color to anyone needing painting done.

I have to add to my original review of this company! Soon after placing below review, I later found out that this company has also done this to many other customers like me. They DO NOT have a license to do anything. Terry mentions he is an electrician (be warned he is not) - i had to re-wire everything he touched in my house, major code and fire issues. My mistake for not asking proof of license. I do not even want to mention the bill, his "accountant" apparantly develops the invoice for him...right, in a way that shows totals where when added up; you're actually paying more than what you owe (i caught this many times and wasn't fooled). He always has an excuse for everything. He ran a 3" vent for my downdraft vent, when even after leaving him the spec sheet (which clearly showed requiring a 6" vent) - i had to contact Whirlpool (on his behalf!!!) to confirm if we can install two 3" vents into one 6" elbow! it was a mess. Doesn't even know measurements for installing toilet plumbing near a wall! It's 12" Terry (that's standard, and no, i didn't buy a fancy toilet)....i'm now finding all these errors from my new contractor....Terry hope you can sleep at night! Karma will catch up to you! ORIGINAL POSTING: Please do not hire this company. A complete home renovation project, simple things from measurements to potlights were all wrong! you may as do the project yourself. I had to get the project finished and fixed by another company. Do your research before hiring a contractor, lesson well learned.

Don't buy furniture here!! I purchased my kitchennette in October/2009, it is now February 2010 and still waiting for it. Each time i call customer service, i'm told that the chairs are on back order; "they should be at our US warehouse next week" - i've been told this for 3 months now. Last week i decided to deal with a "manager" who is now handling my file (apparently). This manager is telling me that my chairs will be at their US warehouse at the end of February (oh, the table is in, but no use delivering that without chairs!!). The set will then be transported to Canada for delivery. I'm hoping to get my kitchenette before summer! i could have had my table custom made at Woodcraft by now! very disappointed. I shop at Restoration all the time, or, at least i used to.

I bought my dining room set at Kuda years ago. For the price i paid, i could have purchased a much better quality set. Kuda does have unique finds, decorative pieces for your home, and many different furniture pieces. However, i caution you if you are buying wood furniture from there, unless you like the "barn look" your furniture will crack over time. I later found out, from a furniture expert that "Teak" furniture for example, needs to be properly "dried" at Origin. Otherwise, the wood will still be wet, or hold water, which will later crack the wood over time. I now have a dining room table and buffet with huge cracks! very disappointing for the money i paid!! Even when you browse the store you will see cracks on their furniture, when i comfronted them with this, they told me this is the 'character' of the wood, NOT TRUE. Be warned.

The wait was worth it! 10 weeks later, i had my brand new bedroom set delivered. It was beautiful. The delivery guys were very professional, and careful moving the pieces into my bedroom. I had the dresser custom made to fit against a wall in my bedroom, perfit fit! Would definately recommend Woodcraft to anyone. My next purchase will be a new kitchenette and know exactly where to get it!

DO NOT SHOP AT UPCOUNTRY. I purchased a mirror on Aug 3rd/07 with a credit i originally had, i was advised that the delivery would be 4-6 wks for my mirror. I am now dealing with Managers (Daniel), Customer Service, all telling me (when i finally get thru to them) they don't know where my mirror is. They DO NOT return my repeated calls and attempts to get a replacement or a refund. I filed a claim with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU on Oct 3rd. I even emailed the President Terry Iwaskiw on Oct 1st..no response. I contacted my credit card company who has sent a letter to UpCountry and refunded my purchase, unfortunately only half the price of the mirror as my credit covered the other half. I was told by the person at the King Street Store that answered the phone that their delivery company has lost SEVERAL ORDERS for them and that they were looking into getting a new delivery company. This is just the short version of the story. PLEASE DO NOT EVEN STEP INTO UPCOUNTRY! YOU MAY AS WELL THROW YOUR MONEY INTO THE TOILET.
