Bryan was a former co-worker of mine when we worked together at another gas contractor. He was actually the technician who installed the gas line for my BBQ and converted it from LP to NG. The quality of his workmanship and professionalism continued to diminish over time and is reflected in the creation of this company. I wrote a review on his Facebook page and he began sending text messages looking to instigate me as opposed to responding professionally. He made a threatening comment suggesting that I wasn't going to be working where I was for much longer. He also made reference to ripping our stickers out of units that he would potentially service in the future. Bryan is quite adept at ripping things considering he ripped off the information from his former employer's own HomeStars page. Bryan took the information my employer and I created and wrote and used it for his own website. I have no issue with a former co-worker creating their own organization but to outright copy and paste the information into his own website shows a lack of professionalism and integrity. I don't even think the name Complete Combustion Gas is his own original name. If he is going to take shortcuts in creating his own business model, what other shortcuts will he take in a potential customers home? He further took a cheap shot as our organization doesn't use social media accounts and choose to use HomeStars and print advertising. I think Bryan deleted his Facebook account due to my review. He laughs at our organization yet has two followers on Instagram and one on Twitter. He had one page like on Facebook. Yet the organization I'm at is the joke? An established organization in business for 20 years with over 200 HomeStars reviews and winners of a Best of Award over five times. No Bryan: You are the joke. I guess imitation is the sincerest form of flattery but to outright copy and paste the information shows a lack of professionalism and integrity. I expected better from you. Build your company on your own merits without piggy-backing off the back of your former employer. I could never recommend you or your organization and would suggest any potential customer use HomeStars to find a more reputable company to service their gas fireplace, pool heater or furnace.
