Valerie was pleasure to work with. We used her services to provide window coverings for three projects with different needs and budgets. First was a rental condo and she was so great to work with that we used her for our own home and my parent's condo. We especially liked a mini cellular shade product that she is one of the only distributers. It looks very clean and minimal. She also helped us navigate how to cover some large windows with coverings and motorized shades as well as some awkward angled ceiling windows. Overall, the quality of the products and the results were fantastic. Valerie is very knowledgeable, patient and worked tirelessly to find what we needed. We highly recommend her services.

Gasguys did an efficient and professional hookup of my existing outdoor gas line to my new BBQ. George tested, demonstrated the new hookup, explained everything clearly and answered all questions. Excellent service overall.

I have used Pre-Lock for my security cameras, alarm system/monitoring and locks. They have always been efficient, professional and prompt. When the new Nest Doorbell became available, I chose to use Paul and Pre-Lock to install this for me. They were able to complete the complete install including a new wired doorbell in an afternoon. As all their installs, the job was well executed and we got a thorough tutorial on the new system. I would highly recommend their services.

We received a recommendation to call Dave at Encore to replace an exterior door that was broken into. He replaced the door with something stronger and more secure. The installation was efficient and professional. I would highly recommend to others and I will return if I need further service in the future
