I have had 4 major/serious plumbing problems with flooding since the reno was done 3 years ago. I've had to repair my wall twice and my ornate plaster ceiling once due to leaks. Plumbing was carelessly attached to old copper piping and left unsupported which may cause walls or tiles to be removed in future in the bathroom if problems persist. Apprentices did the work unsupervised.

This review does not state the facts. This work was completed over 2 1/2 years ago. Our licensed Plumber is always on site with his apprentices or the work is always checked and approved by our master plumber prior to closing any walls or project areas. Plumbing issues will occur almost immediately if the copper piping was not attached properly, not 2 1/2 years later!

New Canadian has done all of my old drains when required. They have been very helpful with filling out the paperwork required by the City of Toronto. Recently they repaired at low cost the flapper on my back-up valve that a previous plumber had broken. They also snaked out my drain which had become blocked by a City tree on City property. Very prompt and knowledgeable.
