He provided top quality workmanship at very competitive pricing and throughout the entire process from start to finish he was very professional and responsive and completed the job within two days! I would not hesitate to recommend his work to others. I was looking to get new gutters/downspouts/soffit/fascia and must have got at least 20 quotes. I had almost made my decision on who I was going with after a few days (after not being completely sold on any company) when I received Lindi's quote. It was very professional, straight forward, and the pricing was very competitive! After going back and forth with Lindi over e-mail and text I knew he was the right guy for the job. First of all, he is very knowledgeable when it comes to roofing and gutters and he did not quote me on additional upgrades I did not need. His pricing was very fair and I knew he would be doing the work himself so I felt confident in the value I was getting. Lindi has the same top quality materials as the other big companies but he won't jack up the rate for you and at the same time he walked me through everything he was going to do on day 1 and day 2 and I appreciated that high level of customer service. After working tirelessly in two days of +40 degree temperature, Lindi and his assistant had removed all our old gutters and put in the new ones along with the new soffit/fascia and porch ceiling and garage capping and flashing with roof capping. His work was immaculate and the attention to detail was amazing. The two gentleman also cleaned up all the debris very neatly and made sure there was nothing left on the ground. I also got Lindi to remove the antenna from my roof and he installed a mailbox for me! That is the excellent service I am talking about. He also let me know some of my shingles were becoming damaged and provided a swift and effective solution for them. I'm glad I went with Lindi and I will definitely use him and his company when I need to get my roof done!

Prime Source Quality Asphalt Sealing & Landscaping provided a top quality seal for my driveway at an excellent value. They arrived on time, and were very professional and responsive throughout the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend their work to others and look forward to working with them again in a few years! Brandon and the team at Prime Source Quality Asphalt Sealing & Landscaping were amazing from start to finish! Brandon was very professional responsive to my inquiry for driveway sealing and his quoted was very detailed and included exactly what the process was and what products would be used. The other companies I reached out to would simply give me a price. The second thing that separated Prime Source Quality Asphalt Sealing & Landscaping from the competition was the quality of the product they were using. I have never touched my driveway before but if I see "thick tar, applied by hand" in a quote vs. "oil based spray"...ummm yeah I think common sense suggests the first product is superior in every way. And it was. And Brandon explained this to me that they were using a high quality grade product and applying it by hand. The communication over text was quick and efficient thanks to Brandon and he was able to get me in his schedule in a two week period. On the day off, Christian arrived (5 minutes early) and allowed me to move my car out of the garage. He was very detailed oriented and explained the process and communicated with me how the product worked and how quickly it would dry. He was very professional and an overall great guy. The tar they use looks thick and very absorbent and the HUGE difference between them and the competition is their eco-based product dries in 10 hours! With the other guys, you'll have to wait an entire day! Another key difference maker was the customer service as I got a follow up text as soon as the work was complete It is little things like this that separate just an okay company from a highly successful one.

I don't even know where to start this review since I have had the pleasure of working with Andrew since Aug. 2021! CALL HIM (or text or e-mail) IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN AMAZING, ONE OF A KIND ENTRY DOOR FOR YOUR HOME WITH A CUSTOM TOUCH! If you don't get through, call again! lol. His work ethic and craft and knowledge are worth the extra effort! I remember getting through to him last out of all the company's I called but based on the reviews I saw and the quality of his work, he was the one I was most intrigued to speak with. Andrew excels in customer service (he is the CSR, lol), sales (he can talk your ear off about any type or door or components of a door), and he is so knowledgeable and passionate about the work he does that I knew he was the right individual for the job. If you don't want to deal with ten different individuals when looking for an entry door for your home, and you want a personal touch with expert craftsmanship and quality, then Andrew and his company is the place to go! I would recommend his work to anyone and would not hesitate to use his services again (in 30 years since our new door will last forever, lol) From beginning to end, my 7 month journey with Andrew was definitely one of a kind but man it was so worth it in the end. First off, he does everything!! Which yes can require some patience, but it's 90% (or higher) a good thing. He takes your call everytime you call (not a CSR) and while he may be busy at times, when you do get through to him he can talk your ears off for days about doors! He knows everything there is to know about a door and it's complementary pieces and basically he can answer any question you have! This is what really stood out to me about Andrew. The personal touch was there and great customer service. I was not calling into a customer service rep, and then having a sales person call me back and answer my questions (which a lot of times did not get relayed correctly, or there was a disconnect). With Andrew, he sells the doors, he answers all your questions about them and, oh yeah, HE ALSO INSTALLS THEM! Man of many gifts I tell you. Honestly, a lot of the delay was due to supple chain issues which everyone knows about during the pandemic and of course raw material costs ever fluctuating. Andrew kept me in the loop about all of this the entire time (which was great) and compared to a lot of other big box outfits, a lot of his materials and sample work is online (on a cloud, or on instagram) so it was easy enough to access a lot of the doors he had done and draw inspiration from them. We made so many changes to the door weather it was the interior colour, the trim, number of sidelites, etc. but Andrew is so patient and willing to make any change. He's all about the customer service. He even mocked up a couple of sketches and after some back and forth we finally landed on the perfect drawing of a door! Now time for the install. We took a couple of months to finalize the design and Andrew let us know it would probably be another 2-3 months for the door install, which was expected as the other door manufacturers were telling us the same. Andrew visited our place once we confirmed everything and took measurements to make sure everything was aligned and ready to go once the door was manufactured. We even visited the place where the door would be made which was a great added touch and helped me clarify a few details (i.e. seeing and feeling the doors in person definitely makes a difference!) Finally on a warm March day it all came together! No shocker here Andrew got here on the morning and starting chipping away. He was professional and courteous the whole time up until the installation day where he was here well past 10pm making sure everything looked as perfect as it could in our eyes (and his, lol). He is a perfectionist, but he just has a passion for what he does and it shows in his work.. Fanciest entry door in the whole neighborhood and that is in big part thanks to Andrew !

You are better off going to one of the more bigger and reliable HVAC companies . While they may be more costly upfront, this company charged me twice for something they should have fixed upfront. Very unprofessional service and poor communication. They claim they are "all about the customer" and "not about the money" but after our furnace started leaking after they performed a simple furnace inspection, they were hesitant to come back to our house to address the issue. Their first solution was "for me to fix the issue myself by blowing into a pipe" or they were asking me to call a plumber. Not only was this not helpful at all (while our basement was flooding up with water) but they totally dismissed the issue and claimed it was not their fault. Shortly after they did call me back and asked me if I still needed help with the issue. They arrived at the end of the work day and addressed the issue. So all good right? Wrong! Despite saying over and over he was "not about the money" the owner slipped a comment before he left that "this was his minimum amount for a service call...but I could "pay whatever I want"" To me and my wife's confusion, we thought he was correcting this issue free of charge since he is the one that caused it. I decided I did not want bad karma and paid him for this additional time ($2/min = $120/hr) but that I did not think I should have to pay for a simple corrective action. They (unprofessionally) came back ad stated that they did not cause the issue, did nothing wrong, and that my payment was not sufficient enough and that no contractor would accept such a low amount (again unnecessary and rude). This company might "know their stuff" and be experts in the field of hvac but their people skills and customer service is horrible and I will not recommend them to anyone. Better to go with one of the bigger companies that you can rely on for good service and no additional fees.

5/5 EXPERIENCE WITH THE REAL TREE MASTER. TOP NOTCH WORKMANSHIP AND GREAT CUSTOMER CARE AND RESPONSE TIME. I asked for a quote to remove a ton of vines from the side of a house my parents just bought and Elena responded promptly and let me know an estimator would be there Monday (I asked for the quote on Friday). This was excellent because a) she responded to my e-mail faster than any of the other companies I asked and b) she assured me someone would be there to diagnose the issue in a matter of days! Great service! I also spoke to Mina who is a great guy and I think my have done the quote himself. He was very upfront about the costs and very professional and based on his detailed quote and knowledge of the work that had to be done, I felt very comfortable leaving my parents in his very capable hands. They were also the only company that sent a confirmation of insurance which was very assuring and also put that way ahead of the competition. Their quote was thorough and very competitive...something my parents appreciated greatly. On the day of, Mina's team worked diligently on the vines and removed them AS IF THEY HAD NEVER BEEN THERE. Great quality workmanship and worth every dollar spent! My parents were very happy. I would definitely recommend THE REAL TREE MASTERS to anyone looking to get anyone outside work done (tree, vine, shrub removal). They do it all and in an efficient and affordable fashion! ROBIN IS THE BATMAN OF SPRINKLERS!!! ROBIN ROBIN ROBIN! WHAT ELSE CAN BE SAID. THIS MAN IS THE MOST HELPFUL, CARING, KIND AND PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL I HAVE BEEN AROUND IN A WHILE. I MUST HAVE CONTACTED 100 COMPANIES FOR QUOTES ON IRRIGATION SYSTEMS. NOT ONLY WAS NEW VISIONS AND ROBIN THE FIRST TO REPLY...THEY ALSO HAD A VERY PROFESSIONAL AUTOMATED E-MAIL SAYING THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME ASAP WHICH WAS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. ROBIN TOOK LESS THAN 24 HOURS TO THAN PROVIDE ME A QUOTE AND WAS VERY DETAIL AND THOROUGH WITH HIS QUOTE. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ROBINS QUOTE AND THE OTHER GUYS OUT THERE WAS THAT HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE QUOTE IN SIMPLE TERMS FOR ME AND HE ALSO LET ME KNOW WHAT I NEEDED VS. WHAT I DID NOT NEED. HE HELPED EXPLAIN WHERE THE SPRINKLERS WOULD SPRAY AND BROKE DOWN THE ZONE COVERAGE. HE ALSO TESTED OUR TAP PRESSURE AT THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE AND DETERMINED THE WATER PRESSURE WOULD NOT BE STRONG ENOUGH. THEREFORE THEY WOULD RUN IT THROUGH THE BASEMENT (NO ONE ELSE GAVE US THIS OPTION). AGAIN I APPRECIATE ALL THE UPFRONT WORK HE DID AND I DEFINITELY FELT SAFE WITH HIS WORKMANSHIP. ON THE DAY OF, ROBINS BUSINESS PARTNER ESHO DID THE INSTALLATION. HE DID A THOROUGH JOB AND EXPLAINED TO ME HOW TO WORK THE SYSTEM THROUGH THE WIFI CONTROLLER. ESHO TOOK THE TIME AND CARE TO MAKE SURE ALL THE SPRINKLER HEADS WERE FUNCTIONING AND HE EVEN SPENT AN EXTRA TEN MINS SPREADING GRASS SEED FOR ME (ON HIS BARE KNEES) AND THEN WATERING IT! ROBIN AND ESHO AND THE WHOLE TEAM AT NEW VISIONS IRRIGATION HAVE BEEN A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH AND I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEIR WORK TO ANYONE ELSE LOOKING FOR A SPRINKLER SYSTEM. Hes very helpful and tells me what I need to do, but more importantly, what I don't need to do and pay for. ROMAN IS THE TOP QUALITY LOCKSMITH AND HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL AND I WOULD HESITATE TO RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES AND A TO Z LOCKSMITH FOR OUR FUTURE LOCKSMITH NEEDS. We needed some extra security for our basement door which leads to a walkout. We reached out to a few locksmith's but Roman was one of the first to respond to my e-mail inquiry. Not only was he responsive, but he understood what I was looking for and addressed our needs. Roman took the time to explain what type of hardware and security he would recommend for our door and he also let me know what would be an unnecessary cost as well. This was very much appreciated as I know you could add tons of security options to your door and really run up the cost. He was very responsiveness to text/whatsapp which was what made his customer service excellent and well beyond what others were offering,. He answered every single question I had and never got upset. He was very polite and friendly. On the day off Roman arrived early and completed the job in just over an hour! He was quick, efficient, and explained everything that he was going to do. He let us know that if we wanted the door guard there would be additional drilling and therefore labour, and we were okay with this. His costs were competitive against the bigger companies and given his extreme knowledge of what he was doing, I was okay with paying the cost of the job even if others were cheaper. So I will definitely use A to Z Locksmith services again because of their responsiveness, thorough knowledge, customer service, and fair cost. Roman is a really skilled dude and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a locksmith.

While he was conveniently available on a Sunday afternoon he charged $100 + tax (Cash only) to check a lighting fixture in our house and was unable to fix the issue. I was under the impression the quote was to diagnose and fix as well. He said his supplier did not have the part that was needed but not sure why he could not purchase or find the part himself. I have tried locating this part over the past 2 months with no luck. Will use someone else in the future to avoid the headache and cost.

Dinh was quick and efficient with getting a quote for us and making sure his guys were available to do some quick renovations around our house. His team was punctual and stayed until the job was complete. We needed some touch ups (caulking, painting, etc) around the vanity and so he sent his team back without hesitation to fix the remaining issues. Communication was clear throughout the entire process and payment was not due until all the work was completed to our satisfaction! This was very much appreciated. The only thing we wish would have been better was the noisy bath fan in the main bathroom. The guys put a new one in the ceiling and it still made the same noise so it definitely was not an issue with their workmanship. Sometimes nothing you can do I guess. I would highly recommend Dinh and X Painting for all of your painting and renovation needs. They are fast, efficient, very affordable and complete with their work.

Amazing job by Chris who came all the way from Oshawa to do a home inspection for my parents in Brampton! He was prompt and very thorough and did not hesitate to answer all our questions and concerns. Chris spent close to three hours inspecting a 1,600 sq foot house and his attention to detail and knowledge of what to look for is astounding. Chris was able to provide a thorough and detailed report within a few hours of our inspection being complete. I don't even know how he crawled into that attic! He was spiderman. I would not hesitate to use Chris and 4Sight Home Inspections for all of our future home inspection needs. Definitely recommend his work and his expertise and the value you get for the cost you pay is second to none!

Derek was awesome when responding quickly and efficiently to my sod request. He literally got back to me the same day and was able to visit my property and provide a detailed and thorough quote! This was very much appreciated as no other sod providers were able to visit my house that quickly and provide a detailed PDF quote with pricing breakdown. Not only was Derek the most cost efficient option for new sod install, he also allowed for various forms of payment (cash, debit, credit, interac, etc) and there was no deposit required. This may seem like a small thing but again other providers were forcing us to put down deposits to secure dates and were not accepting credit as a form of payment. I liked the flexibility in payment options that Oakdew provided. I was able to communicate with Derek throughout the day via email or text and he always answered any questions or concerns I had...usually within a few hours tops. I even asked if he could come back to the house and provide a quote on landscape lighting and he also did that with no issue even though I was unable to afford it at the time. Derek and team were able to take out our existing grass, apply top soil, and level the land out before putting down the new sod all before the end of April. This was much appreciated as I knew he was extremely busy up to that date and even the day of. I would not hesitate to recommend Derek and Oakdew Irrigation,Sprinklers & Lighting & Sodding for your sod, sprinkler and landscape lighting needs. Derek and team were very professional and even after the sod has been installed, he has been there to give me advice and follow up.

MY WIFE AND I WERE DECIDING BETWEEN PEST CONTROL ORG'S AND AFTER THE OWNER OR MANAGER OF THE OTHER PLACE WAS RUDE TO HER ON THE PHONE, WE DECIDED TO GO WITH GANCY SINCE THERE WAS NO OVERHEAD WITH HIM. HE WAS THE GUY TALKING TO US ON THE PHONE AND THE GUY WHO WOULD BE DOING THE WORD. WE REALLY APPRECIATED THAT ABOUT HIS BUSINESS MODEL. WE WERE ABLE TO GET GANCY TO INSPECT OUR ATTIC LITERALLY THE NIGHT AFTER WE HEARD SCRATCHING SOUNDS COMING FROM IT. HE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND TACKLED THE ISSUE RIGHT AWAY...LADDER AND CAMERA IN HAND! RATS! ACTUALLY, MICE LOL. HE DID A FULL 360 INSPECTION OF THE HOUSE AND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THEY HAD COME THROUGH A SMALL OPENING IN THE BRICK WALL WHERE THE AC PIPE RAN. AMAZING! HE WAS ABLE TO DISCOVER THIS WITHIN A FEW MINUTES OF ARRIVING. GANCY ALSO DID A THOROUGH CHECK OF THE FURNACE ROOM, GAT=RAGE AND THE KITCHEN. HE SAID THERE WERE NO SIGNS OF MICE THERE (WHICH WAS A RELIEF). WHAT WE REALLY APPRECIATED IS HOW THOROUGH HE WAS EXPLAINING HOW THE MICE GOT UP THERE, THE WAY THEY STAY WARM BY TUNNELING UNDER THE INSULATION AND HOW THE CHEMICAL COMPOUNDS OF THE TRAPS HE SET UP WOULD KILL THEM AND "MUMMIFY" THEIR BODY. THIS DEFINITELY KEPT US AT EASE THAT THE PROBLEM WOULD BE FIXED. IT WAS REALLY GREAT GETTING TO KNOW GANCY AND HIS PERSONAL STORY ABOUT GROWING UP IN INDIA, BECOMING A CHEMICAL ENGINEER (AMAZING!) AND MOVING TO CANADA AND THEN COMING INTO THE PEST INDUSTRY. HE KNOWS EVERY SINGLE THING YOU CAN ABOUT RODENTS, THEIR COMPOSITION, WHERE THEY LIKE TO GO, THEIR HABITS, AND THE DIFFERENT CHEMICAL TREATMENTS YOU CAN USE ON THEM. AS WELL THEY WOULD OVER TIME GET IRRITATED WITH ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. I AM SORRY I HAD TO ASK SO MANY QUESTIONS BUT BEING A RELATIVELY YOUNG HOUSE OWNER I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT I AM GETTING INTO AND HOW EVERYTHING WORKS. ROBIN UNDERSTOOD THIS AND OUR CONSTANT BACK AND FORTH COMMUNICATION WAS PROOF OF HOW MUCH HE VALUED MY BUSINESS BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY ME AS A PERSON. ROBIN EVEN TOOK IT A STEP FURTHER AND VISITED OUR HOUSE PRIOR TO THE INSTALLATION OF THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM (AGAIN NO OTHER COMPETITORS DID THIS FOLLOW UP). HE HELPED EXPLAIN WHERE THE SPRINKLERS WOULD SPRAY AND BROKE DOWN THE ZONE COVERAGE. HE ALSO TESTED OUR TAP PRESSURE AT THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE AND DETERMINED THE WATER PRESSURE WOULD NOT BE STRONG ENOUGH. THEREFORE THEY WOULD RUN IT THROUGH THE BASEMENT (NO ONE ELSE GAVE US THIS OPTION). AGAIN I APPRECIATE ALL THE UPFRONT WORK HE DID AND I DEFINITELY FELT SAFE WITH HIS WORKMANSHIP. ON THE DAY OF, ROBINS BUSINESS PARTNER ESHO DID THE INSTALLATION. HE DID A THOROUGH JOB AND EXPLAINED TO ME HOW TO WORK THE SYSTEM THROUGH THE WIFI CONTROLLER. ESHO TOOK THE TIME AND CARE TO MAKE SURE ALL THE SPRINKLER HEADS WERE FUNCTIONING AND HE EVEN SPENT AN EXTRA TEN MINS SPREADING GRASS SEED FOR ME (ON HIS BARE KNEES) AND THEN WATERING IT! ROBIN AND ESHO AND THE WHOLE TEAM AT NEW VISIONS IRRIGATION HAVE BEEN A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH AND I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEIR WORK TO ANYONE ELSE LOOKING FOR A SPRINKLER SYSTEM. I KNEW FROM DAY ONE I COULD RELY ON THEM AND HAVING SOMEONE WHO CAN QUICKLY RESPOND TO YOU AND ACTION YOUR NEEDS IS VERY IMPORTANT WHEN IT COMES TO AN IRRIGATION SYSTEM. Great detail and attention for the deep cleaning. Awesome communication the whole time and cleaners were punctual and provided the best clean possible! Will not hesitate to use them again:)

Bob, Derek and Diana were great to work with from start to finish. They were professional and offered courteous service. Derek's tree was one of the first tree trimming services to reply to my inquiry (via e-mail) and within the same day Bob has called me a few times, left a voicemail and then texted me in the morning! Lol. Bob's top notch service was much appreciated. He showed up on a rainy Friday (with his one year old in the car) just so he could provide an estimate on our catalpa trees! Of course, his pricing was much lower than the other competitors but it was his dedication to showing up that day to give me a quote despite all the circumstances that really sold me on his work ethic. As well, the company has all positive reviews so I knew I was in good hands. After the original quote I was able to text (very convenient) both Bob and Derek and they were able to answer all of my questions. Because Bob's quote was so competitive, we decided to ask him how much it would be to remove some shrubs from the front and trim our maple in the back as well. Bob came over the next day and provided a quote, again taking into account our limited budget:) On the day off, he and his team arrived to our property right on time and did the work accurately and efficiently with absolutely no mess leftover! My wife and I were extremely pleased with the work and we would not hesitate to use Derek's Tree Service (with Bob at the helm) in the future. For the price and the amount of cleaning hours you get, New Century Maids is a pretty solid choice when compared to other household cleaners. We have used them twice now for our 4 bedroom, approx 2500 sq ft house and they have done a pretty decent job. Obviously certain spots might have been missed or neglected (we are very picky with regards to how we clean so some of the baseboards were still very dusty) but for the most part they do a solid job. The only thing I would say as a con is the level of cleanliness or service might vary from crew to crew (we noticed the first crew put a little more man hours in and also did a more thorough job) but other than that not much to complain based on competitive pricing. There was also a little lack of communication from the head office as to when the ladies had arrived and finished but prior to that the communication was fairly good.
