After upgrading from a cheap style lap top. We were told it was brand new. I asked 3 times. And was reassured. It stopped working after 3 days. They took it to "look" at it and kept it for 2 weeks. Finding nothing wrong. It later crashed, took it somewhere else full of damaged items and wasn't a brand new computer. Called head office and tried asking for my money back. As in Alberta there is a 10 day exchange policy on everything. They wouldn't honor it. And I was out the crappy lap top. NEVER use these guys.

I had this company hired by restoration company. All product installed had to be ripped out and redone. DON'T recommend them at all. The plumber messed everything up mixing pipes, and drilling holes in walls.
