Very efficient, was able to get the work done on quite short notice, very knowledgeable with helping me choose the appropriate color for the room I wanted painted. Work done was top notch and I was so impressed with the way all was cleaned up after the job was over
After purchasing a new fridge and taking the day off waiting for delivery I was unimpressed to have the wrong fridge delivered, when I pointed out the mistake the deliverers told me it would be another 2 days before they could be back to deliver the correct one, wouldn't be that huge of a concern except for the fact that we were moving into a new home that we had just moved into the home and had no fridge! Took a lot of arguing with the store to get the correct one delivered that same day
Amazing service! I had been let down by another well known company just 2 days before Christmas and didn't have the time to be hunting around for a table and chair sets for my sons Christmas present. I called a few places and then called Kids Furniture Gallery, told them of my dilemma and was amazed that they not only had what I wanted but the owner said he would even hand deliver it on his way home from work to save me the trip to the other side of the city!
Wow, next day service and always right on top of things when it comes to upgrades. Thankfully we haven't had a need to put it to use but I am confidant that we will be well taken care of if the need arises
We had all the windows in our home replaced, the order came in earlier than quoted and the job only took half the time quoted, was very impressed! The crew that came in was very professional and cleaned up everything after they were done, and an inspection was done a few weeks later just to make sure we were satisfird
Fabulous quick service, was able to have them come out to the home we were purchasing with about 6 hours notice. Very thorough job, very friendly and provided us with a huge binder all about the home we were purchasing as soon as the job was done
