Had 7 windows installed-the office claimed it would only take one day, but they only sent TWO PEOPLE. It was pretty clear that they didn't have a lot of experience. I suspect HD was swamped due to the last minute rush to install ahead of the Ontario rebate deadline and subcontracted extensively. Long story short, it took two days, they left enormous gaps in my wall, which they tried to fill with silicone and plaster. HD refused to do any work, saying they were not responsible for 'hairline cracks'. Fair enough, but these were much larger. Their work was very substandard.
