Canadian Choice Windows is a great, professional, quality company to deal with. We had 22 windows and 1 patio door replaced. I procrastinated picking a window replacement company largely because I'd read so many horror stories about window replacement gone wrong. This was definitely not the case with Canadian Choice; quite the opposite. When I eventually chose Canadian Choice it was because of 4 criteria. I. Personal connection with the sales rep. and presentation. 2. Quality of the product and features. 3. Recommendations from personal connections. 4. Price (because return on investment is important unless you are made of money). I can't say enough nice things about Stan Rait our sales rep. He was honest and helpful in his suggestions on the products and styles. In the end, we went with most of his suggestions. A no nonsense sales process with Stan. The install crew of Slav and his team were top notch. They showed up on the date and time scheduled and, worked a full 12 hours the first day (yeah, can you believe that these days). All windows installed on the first day; patio door installed and window outside finishing completed on the second day. They cleaned up all their mess around the property and even cleaned the outside of the windows. Quite honestly, I've never seen a crew work so hard and fast as Slav and his team. They got to work immediately despite some horrible February weather to deal with. I can't thank them enough for doing an outstanding, quality installation. I'm so happy Slav was selected for my install. They were so courteous, polite, and aware of the disruption a job of this type was causing. It's quite emotional having your windows pulled out of your house and it being exposed to the elements in the middle of the winter. They moved quickly to get each room sealed up from the elements so that the emotional upheaval was kept to a minimum. Overall, a great experience and soooo happy we went with Canadian Choice.

I can not say enough good things about Easton Climate Control and Adam Walker. Adam provided a thorough quote on all the components we required and an explanation of why he recommended the specific units over others. With such a big purchase, we had lots of questions and Adam had all the answers. At the end of the process, I felt we had great comfort that we made the correct decision and made a good investment. Adam did an outstanding job of installing the components and answered any questions related to the performance and adjustment of the systems as needed. I highly recommend Easton Climate control for your client control needs!

I can't say enough good things about Upper Canada Garage Doors Ltd. First, the product is very high quality and looks great. Richards-Wilcox doors really upgraded the look of our house. While we had a few issues come up during the installation (manufacturing related and the way our home was constructed), Upper Canada Garage Doors stepped up immediately and had all the issues fixed in a timely manner. The whole process from sales to install and afterwards has been great. Patrick, Cathren and, the installers were fabulous to deal with. Cathren provided us with regular communications and status on the issues. As they say, it's not that an issue comes up when purchasing something, it's how the company handles and resolves that issue that really speaks volumes. They deserve the 5 star rating for sure. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Upper Canada Garage Doors.

Home Depot and Peak Installations were great to deal with and did a fabulous job on the installation of our new front door. They even managed to deliver and install the product ahead of the estimated date. From the initial estimate to final the completion of the installation, Peak Installations were professional, courteous, and helpful. I can't say enough good things about the experience

I can't say enough good things about Doctor Screen. They showed up when they said they would and completed the work in a timely manner. They replaced the screens on 5 windows and one patio screen door. The whole process took aprox 90 mins and I am so happy with the job. The screens look great and, I could not have done nearly as good a job. In addition, the time it would have taken me to perform this task would have been hours if not days (with increased blood pressure and general frustration, cursing and swearing included). The service is not in-expensive but, you only get what you pay for and, I didn't have the time to spend on this task.

If I could rate this company higher than 10, I would. From the first contact until the job was complete, they were amazing to deal with. Yes, they actually return your calls and respond to emails promptly. Angela was great from the start providing info on the process and a quote based on my description of the site. Once Will and Omar arrived (on time and the date requested) the magic began. They were both very professional, courteous, friendly, neat and, efficient. The process unfolded as described by Angela and Will even made some suggestions to improve the results. The transformation was amazing... from dull dingy tiles and a rusty tub builder grade tub to, looking like a new bathroom suite. They even went above and beyond to install new tub drain, faucet cover/handle, tub spout, and shower head (purchased separately). I can't say enough good things about this experience. We are so happy with the experience and the job done. We will definitely use them again.

Easton Climate Control provided quick emergency service on my water heater. The flammable vapor sensor had tripped (we had some painting done) and lost our hot water. Before making an on-site visit, Adam walked me through the reset process over the phone to help avoid the on-side visit costs. When that didn't work, Adam scheduled an on-site visit as soon as possible and then tried the reset process himself. Adam made every attempt to save us the cost of a new sensor. It turned out, we had to replace the sensor and Adam had brought one with him. Hot water was back up and running in minutes. I can't say enough good things about Adam and Easton Climate control. Great value for money and a fantastic work ethic. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

We could not be happier with the service we received from Milton and Peggy at Albright Electric. We contacted them on a Monday to help with the loss of power in two kitchen outlets and he was there with-in 2 hours. It turned out two fuses were blown and, more importantly, the fuse box was in a dangerous state. We decided to move forward with full replacement under no pressure from Albright. We were fortunate that Milton had an opening on Friday of that same week and was able at short notice to get the Pickering Power to come out and turn off the connection (thanks Peggy!!). Milton had the old panel out and replaced with a high quality breaker system in just over 3 hours all at a reasonable price. I highly recommend the team at Albright Electric.
