Showed up as per schedule. Needed to order a part to fix my furnace and would likely be in next week. I get a call in the afternoon that the part has already arrived (because they placed the order so early in the morning). NRG crew came back over and fixed my furnace that afternoon! Such amazing work ethic! Fair pricing.
