Not only did this company not respond to communications via email but they confused the service with another individual for a microwave. Amy advised that they would send paper invoice as I have no ability to print it with the tech to service the call. When the service individual was on site, not only did they get frustrated as he was not able to put a screw in the back of the dryer and had to pull the stacked laundry pair to do the job but the tech also stopped wearing his mask in frustration. This is not the time to be removing a mask when your in someones home working on an appliance. When the correct name for the service was requested, the dispatcher Amy got rather rude when the information was trying to be clarified and has not responded to the request to escalate the issue that was on the 22nd Rather than trying to solve the issue, the tech, Stephen R, just threatened with going to a collection agency and when leaving, just referred to the customer as a piece of s*it. Still waiting to be contacted to pay the invoice as work was completed but given what had transpired, this company does not seem interested in solving the issue but rather just threatening customers with collection and more so, with removing their masks when in your home.

Went in to buy some 2x6 and full plywood sheets. Upon arrival I noted some scab sheet (scrap mdf) that I could use for a side project. After asking about, a different scab sheet was eventually found (sitting in the warehouse). I paid for the material and went into the warehouse. The individual that assisted me was horrible. He requested that I assist him to lift the plywood sheets down from the racks. He also got rather upset when I told him that the sheet he picked was horrible and he needed to change it. (it was wavy) I was then sent outside to get the 2x6 material. When I returned, he had already picked up and cut the MDF sheet. When I arrived to the delivery location, it was noted that the sheet was NOT 3/4 mdf as initially picked, but thinner. I have tried to address this with the store manager, Joe, but this experience has left me losing money on this, as I had to go out and purchase material from a big box store (and also pay for an additional vehicle rental to do so)

March 1st I ordered 3 shelves of tempered glass. i also requested to have them done with a rush order (at an additional cost) and told to call the store back on march 5th. I called them this morning and rather than addressing the concerns, the individual that answered the phone merely told me that the order would take an additional two weeks. I requested to speak with the owner and have been on hold, sometimes wiht the call disconnecting and me having to call back, for over an hour now. This shop is a complete joke I agree with all the other comments about this place. Avoid at all costs. I will have to address the charge they took to my credit card as they are willing to cancel the order, but not refund the purchase cost.

I was referred to this company for a granite counter installation. As the install, they did not use any clips to install my undermount sink. When I questioned them, they advised that the silicone would hold without failing. A few months, the sink dropped from the counter. For months I have been contacting Frank from APR to get it corrected, but they have never contacted me back. Would absolutely recommend to go elsewhere. It seems that once they get paid, they is not after care for any customers. UPDATE: (was away for a little bit and unable to update) They did arrive on Monday (the first weekday after I contacted them on the weekend) and corrected the issue. The original caulking did not fully adhere to the sink (as explained by Frank - it may have been some oil from the manufacturing of the sink that was not fully cleaned) and it was clear that there was NO bond between the counter, silicone and sink from the original install at some portion of the sink lip). The correction seems to be ok, but I suspect only time will tell how well it holds up. One additional note, I was quite persistent about installing clips, however Frank advised that they do not install any clips onto granite counters as the weight from the sink may crack the granite around the screw holes. A little more communication from the company would have them with 5 stars, but other than that, great.

Chris, there is quite a discrepancy with your timeline and our reaction to your service call. To clarify, your kitchen was installed approximately 3-4 years ago. We install several hundred counters in a year and I have been in this industry 25 plus years and have never used clips, always silicone with plywood support and haven't had issues. I'm not sure what circumstances lead to your sink falling after 3 plus years, but you called me this past Saturday and I sent someone on the next business day, Monday to re-silicone the sink. We stand by our work and do our very best to provide after install customer service. I'm not sure how many companies offer free service calls after 3 plus years. Best of Luck!

I went in to order 3 shelves for a custom build shower niche. Rather than measurements, I provided them a cut piece, advising them to make all three identical to the template. They advised me that I could use 6mm glass and it would be strong enough. However, for the visual esthetic it was repeatedly requested that the shelves be 10mm. Although they continued to argue, they eventually agreed. So many current problems. - All three shelves are different lengths (one too large to even fit) - There are scratches on the glass. - The ended up making the shelves from 8mm glass, not the 10mm. I will be going back tomorrow to have them make the corrections (make new ones) and will update this review. At this time, I strongly suggest you go somewhere else!! I could only upload 1 picture, so only included the one showing the length issues. UPDATE - I returned to the store and they advised me that they will correct the pieces. Will not be done until some time on Monday. Unfortunately, this has cost me additional travel expenses to return to the shop on Saturday as well as to pick up the new shelves. This had also caused delays in the renovation project.
