Tarah was very helpful and explained the fees i would have to pay. She checked with a technician if he could get the lock in advance so he would not have to come back a second time but that if something else was wrong I would not get charged for the lock. She even arranged for him to come between 12 and 4pm rather than 12-6pm. She responded to my request to email me the details so I would have everything in writing. The technician who came to my place (Campbell) was also great. He was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. He checked everything was working and tidied up when he was done. Payment with credit card was convenient; receipt was emailed to me
