If I could give zero stars I would, Absolutely the worst company around. We moved from Calgary to Nanaimo and on the day they were coming to pick up our stuff a friend had warned us Not to use them. Unfortunately that turned out to be true as one of our TVs were broke on the way. When we called and spoke to Ron he stated we were lucky our stuff even made it at all (good business owner). He then proceeded to say we never purchased insurance, which was never offered to us. From there he told us that he had a tv for us and to speak to one of his employees named joe, wasn’t able to get a hold of him for 3 months. All in all a terrible experience and Ron is an untrustworthy snake with absolutely no idea how to run a business. Hire them at your own risk!!
