NCR Home Inspection personifies professionalism. Before the inspection even begins, Charbel researches the listing to familiarize himself with the house. During the inspection he is thorough. He informs the prospective home owner on all of the issues on the inside and outside of the house, as well as offers tips on home maintenance and possible future problems. We were so impressed by Charbel's attention to detail. He really takes the job seriously. The report that he provided was about 40 pages long and contained photos and diagrams illustrating all of the issues (minor and major). There were even helpful links for the first time home buyer. NCR Home Inspection's services are money well spent. Our first inspection yielded red flagged an issue that stopped us from buying the house. The issue would have cost us tens of thousands of dollars and huge headaches in the future had Charbel not discovered them. I would highly recommend his services to any of my friends and family members.
