We hired Landmark to remove our Cloverdale home's aged cedar roof and replace with Certainteed Landmark TL asphalt shingles. Also included in the job was fascia/barge board replacement, chimney cap/chase replacements and skylight replacement. From research, I was looking for a roofing company that was a manufacturer recognized installer, provided a manufacturer transferrable warranty and a roofing company that backed its work with its own labour warranty. Landmark checked all these boxes and after reviewing several quotes, the owner David, won the job with communication, fair first quote pricing and professional approach. During the job, the Landmark crew was on time, courteous, respectful of our family/property/neighbourhood, cleaned up daily, worked hard, communicated everything and were a credit to the roofing trade.
