I hired Mike for some basement development: some framing, drywall, doors and painting. Mike gave me a reliable estimate. He started the work on time, and steadily proceeded to completion. He supplied the doors; one (outside) door is topnotch with good insulation. Mike sub-traded the painting; it's good. All in all, the finished work looks good.
