If anyone out there is having legal disputes with this company, they should submit information about this site and we will conduct a group legal dispute. They come in our house, break furnace pieces, poke holes where they are not to and leave a mess. Furthermore they leave us with a broken furnace and paper stuck in the vents. They are inconsiderate and want to upsell their services with the fear they instill in people that dont know better. They left my friends with no heat and it was minus 14, they didnt want to repair anything and the guy who broke the piece in the furnace was sitting in his van warming up because the house was too cold, leaving my friend and the two year old to freeze. In sum they had to call another company to fix the furnace. NEVER LET ANYONE TOUCH YOUR FURNACE BUT A LICENSED TECHNICIAN! I stopped the cheque and I dont regret it because they did nothing but problems that we had to resolve by calling others to fix their mistakes. advise us with any issues and we will get the ball rolling with a group civil suit.
