We had an application (heat) done when just 2 bed bugs were found. 5 months later, there were dozens. When requesting We Clean to come honour their warranty, after lots of effort to get someone on the phone to speak of it with us, they advised earliest possible date would be 8 days away. We had to get the application elsewhere and were not compensated. Poor customer service and application was not successful. There's no recourse for refunds.
