We used CertaPro Painters of Ottawa to paint our entire house. We had a great experience with CertaPro and enjoyed working with David, Wendy, Emil and team. Work was of a high quality and communication and service were excellent. CertaPro was very helpful throughout the process: - they were quick to respond after contact - they provided great recommendations requiring paint brands and types and a very thorough and reasonable quote - scheduling was done to meet our needs and communications helpful in preparing us what to expect and what we needed to do in preparation for the painters - the painters took pride in their work and were very skilled - We were kept up to date throughout the process and informed of what was planned for the next couple of days so we could prepare - painting was done on time and on budget and they really took the time to make sure we were happy with everything. - They followed up again after the job was done to ensure we had a good experience We would not hesitate to use CertaPro Painters of Ottawa for future projects or recommend them to our friends and family.
