Fedri did an amazing job yesterday cleaning and deodorizing my carpets. I moved into a resale home (previous owner was a heavy smoker and the carpets probably hadn't been). I was so impressed by Fedri's online step-by-step carpet cleaning videos that I decided to go with his company instead of an unknown one. Seeing this and also noting the excellent reviews made me confident in his work. He contacted me early and I knew from talking with him that he was experienced, knowledgeable and had excellent equipment. He was friendly and reasonably priced. My home smells great now, looks clean and has no smoke smell from carpets.

Valentin did an excellent job for me today. He surpassed my expectations. I was nervous finding a plumber online. I asked around and couldn’t find one through word of mouth. I was both relieved and pleased to find a capable and caring plumber. He answered questions about another plumbing need I had as well. He respected my wishes to communicate by email when others flooded my phone with calls I couldn’t take. He made sure my questions were asked and provided a free quote when I gave photos. He even matched a competitor’s offer and explained that his products were better quality. Valentin replaced my old leaking laundry tub faucet with a beautiful washerless faucet, both my washing machine shutoff knobs with better ball valve shut offs. He replaced my shutoff handle to the outside that would no longer work with a modern lever shutoff with a drain. He also quickly did an outside tap that I had forgotten about. And his work comes with a one year warranty. Can’t ask for more. Thank you very much Valentin.
