This is an exceptional company that stands behind their product. I had a failed water hammer arrestor. I called customer service and was later contacted by a rep by the name of Jeff. Explained my issue briefly and with no hassle was shipped 2 replacement free of charge. Their product is worth the extra because they have a no hassle lifetime warranty. I will buy nothing else.
